The main goal of my project was to improve the customer journey for new or returning clients when opening a new account. I aimed to do this looking at the process from end-to-end and identifying key issues related to our clients, processes, and technology.

I began using Apple products for digital drawing, and now I'm passing on my skills to others who share the same passion. It's a full-circle moment from where I started before joining the Apple community.

Revamped the Tim Hortons app using heuristic evaluation, and create polished designs informed by usability assessments and heuristic analysis.

M.leedesigns is my creative outlet, where I use Procreate to capture my perspective on everyday life through illustrations.

Attending the Seoul Illustration Fair as an artist, I had the opportunity to share M.leedesigns and sell my art. It was a fantastic experience to expand my reach in the art community and connect with fellow artists.
